These insects are so puzzling I can't tell what orders they are members of. Identification help is welcome!
|Larva in a large puddle in Durham, NC, 6/3/06. These animals seem to bury their heads in the mud while sticking their tails up to the water's surface.||Larva, found on land (probably not alive), same place and time.
