February 2013

We spent the better part of a week in southern Texas (mostly Mustang Island) in a Road Scholars program emphasizing birding; Linda Fuiman was our group leader and Nan Dietert the instructor, and we got some exposure to the University of Texas Marine Sciences Institute (UTMSI).  Then we spent a day and a half visiting various places in the general area.  As you can see, I've learned a lot!
